Carmel Engagement Session: Abra & Kevin at Santa Lucia Preserve
I met Abra & Kevin for the first time on a foggy morning at the Castle House & Gardens in the mountains above Santa Cruz where they’ll be getting married this fall. Not only was I blown away by this gorgeous estate hidden away in the middle of a redwood forest, I could tell immediately that the two of them would be a ton of fun to work with. Aside from the fact that they really couldn’t be a better looking couple, they’re also incredibly down to earth, relaxed, and fun.
Kevin had the great idea to do their engagement session at the Santa Lucia Preserve in Carmel, which couldn’t have been a more gorgeous spot. We started in the valley, and as the sun got lower in the sky, drove to the top of one of the mountains just in time for a perfect fog to roll in over the hills below. Abra wore a gorgeous red Nanette Lepore dress from Rent the Runway, which I thought was an awesome idea for any bride looking for a great outfit for an engagement session. Although, then again, looking at it on her, I really think she ought to keep it.
Can’t wait for October!
Amazingggggggggggggggg
